There is a certain time of year where bait fish run the beach
Glass minnows are in abundance and create huge bait balls that run along the beach chased by every predator going. Its not a matter of if sharks will turn up but more so how many.
I was up early sunrise came and the amount of action in the water was insane, you could have reached out from the beach and touched the dorsal fin of a 6ft black tip.
I knew whatever happened I was going to get some pretty epic images, the moment I got the drone up you could see tarpon, sharks, jacks and every other predator flying around the shallows.
At one point the water stopped boiling for a second and the sharks seemed to almost have a breather and I captured this image – one that via social media made folks think twice about getting in the water that day form what I’ve heard.
